Your clients can manage the content on their website more effectively by only permitting access to the right people.

Each user gets their own username and password to allow them to add/edit and delete content on the website. Users can be set up into groups and the system can be set up so that specific users or groups can have access only to the content that is relevant to them.

The User Pack also gives your client the benefit of only paying for the number of users required. (But do mention to your client that they might like to set up one or two 'administrator' users who can then set up security and allocate approval workflows as well as organising the user groups and access levels for the regular users.)
