First line support direct to the Goss team. At Goss we understand how important it is for your clients to feel supported and to know that the information they need is just a phone call or email away. Although some clients may be happy with first-line support to you, their Design Agency, others may wish to have first-line support directly with Goss. We want to make sure that your clients feel they have the support they need and so we have created an additional Support Pack for those clients. This Support Pack provides iCM Freedom users with first-line support direct to the Goss' in-house support team, covering them for up to 5 incidents per month.
